GORGEOUS TRENDS FOR FALL / WINTER 2015 - 2016: NEW YORK MERCEDES BENZ FASHION WEEK READY-TO-WEAR.

We cannot resist the excitement each time fashion weeks come. This first ready-to-wear fashion week was all about NEW YORK and its FALL / WINTER 2015 -2016 collections.

Anything that happened in this wonderful city fashion wise, now we are ready to LOVE, embrace or at least appreciate with our sensitive hearts; because whatever happened reveals what is going on around us; how ‘we’ (meaning the world) are evolving and transforming… Isn´t that fantastic?  Fashion has to do with everything! 

Here some gorgeous trends to have in mind and, may I suggest you, to take into consideration in our very personal fashion world… 

DAZZLING METALLICS

SPECTACULAR FUR 
Definitely one of my favorite trends for next fall / winter seasons! The elegance, confidence and great style involved in every furry look were simply breathtaking. Either as a trim, neckline, wristband, waistband or as a full furry piece; let us get ready to move and show our best tasteful selves in cozy FUR! TEXTURED MELANGE 

Art is always present in fashion; because fashion itself is art; and it was clearly stated in the TEXTURED MELANGE seen in these runways. New York established designers built artful pieces and looks by mixing wonderful TEXTURES such as silks, wool, leather, paillettes, feathers, fringes and keep counting… Delightful craftsmanship I call that! LONGER LENGHTS 

Ladylike, powerful silhouettes were among the most beautiful trends. Some full but mostly midi skirts and dresses reflected the oh-so-tasteful vibes on New York’s catwalks… A more than perfect combination of classic & modern… Sensational! HIGH BOOTS

60’s VIBES 

Turtlenecks, wide-bottom pants, low or very high waist lines, big buttons, wide belts, hippie lightness, straight and simple A lines silhouettes and mostly the MINIS were very  present in New York’s runways; clearly inviting us to live those relaxed and irreverent vibes of the 60’s. Lovely!

TENDENCIAS READY-TO-WEAR OTOÑO / INVIERNO 2015 - 2016: NUEVA YORK , MERCEDES BENZ FASHION WEEK

Cada vez que llegan las semanas de la moda se vuelve imposible no sentir mucha emoción por lo que está por venir, porque siempre llega lo esperado y más... Nuestros corazones que aman, mejor dicho, adoran la moda y el buen gusto laten fuerte; ya preparados y deseosos de dejarse inspirar por fantásticas nuevas propuestas y reinterpretaciones de tendencias. 

Esta primera semana de las colecciones ready-to-wear o prêt-à-porter OTOÑO / INVIERNO 2015 -2016 encendieron deseos, como de costumbre, en la ciudad de NUEVA YORK. 

Aquí algunas de las más espectaculares tendencias a tomar en cuenta en nuestro mundo muy personal de moda y estilo...


DESLUMBRANTES METÁLICOS

ESPECTACULARES PIELES 
Definitivamente una de mis tendencias favoritas para las próximas temporadas cuando nos toque protegernos del frío. La elegancia, confianza y majestuoso estilo reflejado en los looks que involucraban bellas pieles, nos han dejado sin aliento a muchos. Ya sean en algún detalle en los bordes, hombros, muñecas, línea de cuello, cintura; o piezas completas en PIEL se convierten hoy en una clara invitación de lucir increíblemente glamorosas... ¡Perfectas! MELANGE DE TEXTURAS 

La moda es arte, y esto se evidencia constantemente en la artesanía involucrada en su desarrollo y creación. Caso que lo deja bien claro es el fabuloso MELANGE DE TEXTURAS en numerosas piezas y looks. Muchos diseñadores construyeron sus 'piezas de arte' mezclando sedas, lanas, cueros, paillettes, flecos, plumas y más...¡ Algo realmente fascinante! LARGOS MÁS LARGOS 

Largos discretos; muy simples pero poderosos fueron unos de los fuertes en las pasarelas neoyorquinas. Vestidos o faldas midi, por debajo de las rodillas; reflejaron un divino buen gusto. BOTAS ALTAS

Adoramos las BOTAS ALTAS cada día más; y éstas justamente fueron el complemento ideal que hicieron de looks casuales o elegantes atuendos muy especiales, llenos de carácter. Marcadamente extraordinarios fueron los aquellos donde los vestidos y faldas midi o largas iban acompañadas de hermosas BOTAS ALTAS. ¡Puro estilo y personalidad! AIRES DE LOS AÑOS 60 

Cuellos tortuga, pantalones de ruedo más amplio, talles bajos o muy altos, botones grandes, cinturones anchos, ligereza hippie, siluetas simples en línea A y especialmente los 'mini' vestidos estuvieron muy presentes; provocando en el público deseos de revivir al vestir esos irreverentes años 60 pero con un gran update.
