PARIS SPRING/SUMMER 2022 FASHION INSPIRATION

 

Parisian spring/summer 2022 collections projected the same spirit for the positive, the happy, the hopeful, the playful and the always stylish as in NYC, London and Milan. Here, nonchalance was of course the traditional French constant we delightfully expected and got from the French-stablished houses. Brilliant!

FASHION INSPIRATIONS FROM MILAN FASHION WEEK SPRING/SUMMER 2022

 

Spectacular tailoring, sublime craftsmanship, beyond-fabulous panache, and superb tradition are just a few of the constants the Italian houses hold in their essence; and they materialize them brilliantly over and over, year after year. I am deeply enamored with the Italian fashion. It inspires me infinitely!

London spring/summer 2022 collections reflected too the ongoing optimism we are all for! Mmmm…

British fashion codes; such as underground, androgen, Victorian, punk, and edgy vibes where present as expected; but there were extra dosis of lovely fantasy; plenty of color, delightful playfulness, femininity, and romantic airs. No matter our tastes and style; the British houses delivered.

SOME INSPIRATION FROM NEW YORK FASHION WEEK SPRING/SUMMER 2022...

 

Fashion weeks are on! Yeah! It is not only about new fashion proposals (that we certainly adore); this time it feels very much like keeping our spirits up, alive, and of course; living a joyful stylish life. 

NY Spring/Summer 2022 collections looked delightful. There were plenty of familiar silhouettes and vibes; but still a lot of freshness. Confort was a key element, but fun and optimism were there all along. From minimal, to super feminine, to romantic, to edgy… Just ‘delicious’! 

RUFFLED

Lovely ruffles on strategic places; where asymmetry was almost a constant. Some small and discrete, others more theatrical. Specially beautiful were those seeing in fabulous power-suits. (Christian Siriano)

CROCHET FASCINATION 

Artsy crochet dresses, separates, coordinated sets and cute details, with charming ethnic airs. Either in calm tones our pretty loud ones. (Gabriela Hearst)
