LONDON FALL / WINTER 2021 FASHION TRENDS...

 

I was delighted with the fall / winter 2021 ready-to-wear British collections! This time, I found most of them specially clean, depurated and very sophisticated; less eccentricity and a lot of substance! I also perceived  more romantic, lady-like airs.... I really, really loved them! 

ULTRA BRIGHT

Tailored, flowy or sporty looks in ultra-bright tones such as fuchsia, red; bright blue, green, orange and yellow.... A full- colored spirit on! (Roland Mouret)

THE BICOLORED SUIT

Fun, playful, irreverent nonetheless super stylish bicolored suit. (Roksanda)

XL CAPES

Long and regal XL capes or caped-pieces portraying sublime modern elegance.... In soft neutral or vibrant tones. Spectacular! (Emilia Wickstead)

SOPHISTICATED FLORALS

Lovely florals; many in standout colors with light or dark backgrounds, on super feminine silhouettes recalling the 50’s with their beautiful A-line skirts. (Erdem)

NEW YORK FALL / WINTER 2021 FASHION TRENDS...

 

Here we are again, celebrating the world of fashion with the upcoming fall / winter 2021 ready-to-wear collections.

Nothing can stop the passion, the excitement, the drive that fashion injects into our lives and the lives of all of the wonderful people and artists that make this creative world possible.... We’ll keep it going, of course...forever!!!! That world is in us! Its beauty and magic give us the pulse to continue dreaming. And clearly, dreaming is food for our souls and minds. How could we ever consider life without our dreams, right?!

Personally, I find that the New York fashion houses and designers showed magnificent optimism through their collections. A lot of bling, metallics, lamé, gorgeous sequins, brights hues, delightful stand-out prints, great layering, party-time vibes..... So good! All of it!

SEQUINS!!!

Beautiful dresses, suits and separates in gorgeous sequins.... From classic gold and silver to shiny multicolored ones. Our spirit was calling for this!Yes! (Naeem Khan)

VERY LADY-LIKE 

For those who adore enjoying their ultra-feminine side; there were exquisite lady-like silhouettes; delicate dresses with easy but special contours, necklines and detailing. (Lela Rose)
