It is inevitable to get very excited when temperatures start dropping. Even in the warmer countries such as mine (beautiful Venezuela), it could get chilly... And it becomes the perfect chance to show off that wonderful taste and savvy fashion spirit we all have inside.  Truth is we all have that STAR-LIKE SHINE waiting to be exteriorized every single second of this lovely journey called life!

Whatever your plan is, either going to the supermarket or to a chic dinner party; here some ultra-easy ideas to spice up your looks for fall. The best part is that you might own already most of the pieces necessary to do it!

COSY BUT ALWAYS TRÈS CHIC

Think of XL knit sweaters, your favorite vintage robe-like wool top or the must-have-forever ponchos (Burberry made us the favor to bring them back big time); and BELT THEM on top of your favorite denim, a simple dress or a midi skirt and tee. Of course, cool accessories & a pair of great stilettos would give the final très chic touch!

COOL LAYERING FROM DAY TO NIGHT

Practice made the expert, and LAYERING is one talent we must practice and enrich; since LAYERING could help us go day to night looking incredible! For nighttime, go for a fabulous metallic stand-out piece such a dress with clean lines (never too short), a men-inspired suit or jacket, or go for a look built through layering simple pieces in varied metallic tones (Ex: Gold, ochre and platinum).
